Follows the project from its inception and provides the following services;
✓ Management & Finance Consulting during all the chain.
✓ Quality Assurance providing quality control services that can be customized, with
Italian staff resident in China, from the first sample passing through the sample
collections to production. We are constantly and according to the Customer's needs
present in the factories to direct them to the Standard Quality requested by the
customer both in the development phase of the first sample (where we already
propose the engineering of the product) and in the materials control, product launch
and checks during the production. All in order to have a product conforming to the
required quality standard and monitoring the work in progress in every step and,
where necessary, intervening in order to avoid surprises in the final Quality
Control process that would no longer be possible to fix.
✓ QC Final we operate this service by making use of specialized companies in the
sector to which we make dedicated training on products in production in order to
avoid unnecessary controls and carry out more precise checks, also following the
problems encountered during checks in the production line. We cooperate both with
companies that already operate for the customer and we can also supply companies
with which we already collaborate and which can also offer integrated logistics and
shipping services.
Research and development of materials for making bags and accessories;
✓ Search for materials based on customer specifications
✓ Development of new materials on customer's request for different projects, Main
Collection, Outlet, Special Promotion, Web Sales, Promotional and according to
particular market / marketing needs is target cost.
Development of a first sample CAD system, production of samples and productions;
✓ First Sample we can develop the first sample from a dimension drawing and
realize a paper pattern in CAD or follow the paper patterns of the customers
✓ SMS we have Samples dedicated and flexible in order to manage the required timing
and in some cases are also used for small production quantities.
✓ Productions we are able to offer lines or floors dedicated to the client in maximum
confidentiality.
